ASEPOP Velventos, after its dynamic presence at FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin, returns to Greece for FRESKON 2025, the leading fresh produce exhibition in the country.
From April 10 to 12, at the TIF Helexpo facilities, the cooperative will be at Stand 15 C11, presenting its new face and its strategic moves for the future.
With the unique Velvita GOLD, Velvita and Velvis peaches, as well as the exquisite KIKU and KANZI apples, ASEPOP Velventos remains a pioneer in the fruit growing sector.
Combining tradition with continuous innovation, it invests in sustainability and extroversion, strengthening its position in both the Greek and international markets.
Participation in Freskon Expo is not just another exhibition. It is an opportunity to present the cooperative’s new strategies and plans, to strengthen relationships with partners and to open new paths for the development of Greek fruit production.
A significant collaboration was completed a few weeks ago between the ASEPOP VELVENTOS Cooperative and the EMPHYTON Company
, with the aim of improving the cultivation of the popular KIKU® apple in our country and in Cyprus and at the same time giving greater momentum to its distribution. Specifically, the president of ASEPOP Velventos, Mr. Nikos Koutliampas, together with the General Manager of the Cooperative, Mr. Efthimios Balanis, traveled to the headquarters of the company KIKULtd in Bolzano, Northern Italy and signed an agreement by which ASEPOP Velventos undertakes the maintenance, packaging and distribution of KIKU® apples in Greece and Cyprus, while the company EMPIYTON agreed to undertake the implementation of the new revised production and quality protocols that are being implemented this year.
